I recently stayed at Database pros in Ohakune for a weekend getaway. The location was unbelievable, offering stunning mountain views during the day and a breathtaking display of stars at night. The continental breakfast provided was delicious and the room was cozy, especially with the gas fire. I even received a free upgrade! The hotel's stylish decor and thoughtful amenities, like a warming pad on the bed and a daily replenished pantry, exceeded my expectations. The view of Mount Tongariro from the room patio was a great way to start the day. Truly great value for money!
Would recommend this hotel.

Spent xmas at this hotel and had a blast! The breakfast selection was awesome, they had everything from cereals to freshly baked croissants. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of a national park, so the views were stunning! We also loved the private patio which was perfect for lounging after a day of hiking.
It was a bit hard to find the hotel at first, as the signage wasn't very clear. , the check-in process was a bit confusing since we weren't given clear instructions on how to check out.

The hotel was located in a perfect spot for exploring the surrounding area. the room was exceptionally clean and had a great view. Breakfast was included which was a lifesaver during our stay. There was also a hot tub which we enjoyed using after a long day of hiking. we had a wonderful Easter weekend stay.
The check-in process was a little confusing since there was only one staff member who spoke limited English. there were not many signage indicating the hotel's location, which made it a little difficult to find at first.

Located in a stunning spot near the national park, this hotel provides a peaceful and serene atmosphere for relaxation. the rooms are beautifully kept, with a huge bathtub providing a great place to soak after a day of activity. Guests are treated with great service, including a lovely breakfast. Spectacular views of the mountains are visible through panoramic windows. the small refrigerator in the room is handy, and the hosts make sure the rooms have all the luxury touches.
While the hotel exceeded all expectations, the surrounding area does not have many options for cold and alcoholic beverages and guests are advised to bring their own.
